By ordering a service from SH Web Design, customer agrees that they have read these terms and conidtions. Customer also consents to receive email from SH Web Design regarding any service related issues.
If customer chooses a credit card billing option for their account by providing the credit card information to SH Web Design, customer agrees that SH Web Design may charge that credit card for ballances due.
Should SH Web Design be unable to charge your purchases to this account (because credit card account expires, reaches the credit limit, or is otherwise denied by the credit card processing company) SH Web Design reserves the right to terminate services immediately and/or bill Customer directly for the amount owed. Accounts remaining unpaid after 120 days may be referred to a collection agency.
Customer invoices are provided on a monthly basis. Taxes due are calculated based on the total monthly usage. The number and amount of taxes charged vary by the state from which the service originates.
Before participating in any specific offers and/or promotions, please analyze the details and conditions of the offer including the fine print. Any access to or use of this site shall be deemed your agreement to and approval of all the above terms and conditions.
SH Web Design will make the best efforts to complete any project within the estimated delivery time provided in the service description, but SH Web Design may change the delivery date based on the specific project requirements and overall workload.
SH Web Design will work with the customer on text and graphic editing, but it is the customer responsibility to provide the overall text content for the website and any additional graphics over what has already been offered in the SH Web Design packages.
SH Web Design will work closely with the buyer throughout the development stage to ensure the quality and accuracy of the project. If buyer's inspection disclosed corrections or adjustments within the scope of the project, SH Web Design shall make these modifications as necessary at no additional cost. Buyer will then have an opportunity to make a final inspection of work completed.
If the buyer requests any changes outside the scope of this agreement, a change request with additional charges will be submitted to the buyer for approval prior to completion of work. This approval can be verbal, with a written follow up to verify the change request and approval of the changes.
All payments and applicable fees are specified in the service order document which is created in accordance to agreement between the customer and SH Web Design, and disclosed in advance. Web hosting fees are due in advance for the billing period which can be scheduled monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annually. A late payment fee of $35.00 will apply for payments which are 30 days or more pass due, followed with the account suspension after 60 days.
SH Web Design websites and all materials and information contained on them are distributed and transmitted 'as is' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation, any warranty for information, services or products provided through or in connection with the Cognigen program and any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, expectation of privacy or non-infringement.
SH Web Design is not responsible for any damages, including without limitation, any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, that may arise from any use of, inability to use, or reliance on the site and/or the materials contained on the site whether the materials contained on the site are provided by SH Web Design.
